All aboard Maria and Justin’s Yacht StarShip wedding day! It was the perfect blend of luxury, romance, and downtown Tampa charm. Traveling all the way from New Jersey with their closest family and friends, Maria and Justin planned an unforgettable destination wedding experience in the heart of Tampa. The day began at a cozy Airbnb in Tampa’s Channelside district, where Maria spent the morning getting ready with her bridesmaids. Once everyone was ready, we hopped aboard the iconic TECO Line Streetcar and rode through Water Street toward the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street. The modern architecture and upscale interiors made the perfect backdrop as Maria and Justin shared their first look on the overlook walkway before we explored the hotel for portraits before braving the heat of the Florida sun. Afterward, we headed to Fort Brooke Park along the bay for wedding party photos with beautiful waterfront views of Harbour Island. Maria picked out the most perfect color of blue for the girls dresses to perfectly compliment the water and the sky. We love a cohesive moment! From there, Maria, Justin, and I strolled down Water Street for some city portraits (including scooters and a photobomb from the Streetcar) before boarding the yacht. As guests took their seats, the Yacht StarShip departed the dock and the ceremony began surrounded by breathtaking 360-degree views of the Tampa skyline. Following the “I do’s,” guests enjoyed cocktail hour and a lively reception on the yacht’s lower interior deck. As the sun dipped below the horizon, everyone gathered on the top deck for golden sunset views over the water. The evening ended with dancing under the stars, ocean breezes, glowing city lights, and a magical sparkler exit as Maria and Justin sailed into happily ever after. I loved every second of this Yacht Starship wedding day!
