World of Golf Wedding // Mr. + Mrs. Donnelly

I had been anticipating Rachael and Eric’s wedding day since we first started chatting back in 2019. Rachael and I instantly connected over our love for The Office and once she started describing the vibe of her World of Golf wedding day I was all in. I mean, getting married at the Wolf Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augustine, FL is unique in itself. Then 2020 came along, so did COVID, and so did Rachael and Eric’s original wedding date set for October 2020. Now I don’t remember what the weather was like on Rachael and Eric’s original wedding day, but I do know that somehow they scored the most beautiful day in May to say “I do”. Rachael and Eric shared a first look together and recited their vows privately which I always love. Then Rachael surprised Eric by having their sweet fur-baby, Ozzie, show up in a little tux bandana for some photos. The ceremony took place overlooking a map of the world surrounded by water with the fairway in the background. It was picture perfect to say the least. The reception was set inside the museum where guests had to work their way through the exhibits and up to the second floor where the party was just getting started. The Chris Thomas Band had everyone on their feet and the rest of this World Golf wedding day was a full on party. Once the night came to an end, Mr. and Mrs. Donnelly shared one private last dance as their guests lined up downstairs for their grand sparkler exit. The newly weds ended their night with a kiss where a golf cart whisked them away on their next adventure as husband and wife. Cheers Rachael and Eric! This day was worth the wait and I loved capturing every second!
